good and strong
Great for practicing and light weight for children, strong enough to use as light sabers if you were wondering what 7 and 9 year old boys do with them when they aren’t practicing their martial arts.

Great for beginners
This practice bo is a great way to introduce beginners who may be intimidated by the staff. Yes, the price of this is similar to what you'd pay for a real one - but I find that beginners will give this more of a confident try when there's foam all over it. So, in my opinion, totally worth it. No, it's not the same. The feel and weight it totally different. Still, a great way to learn new moves without getting all bonked. haha I love that I can unscrew this and have a short staff or a couple of kali-like sticks. Has a little flex which is nice, a little wobble which isn't. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with it! I hope you liked my review. I always try really hard to write reviews are candid, honest, and helpful for your shopping decisions. No AI here... all the poor writing is mine and mine alone! :-)

“Transformed My Living Room Into a Martial Arts Documentary”
I’ve been training with the PHYSKOW 4ft & 6ft Collapsible Bo Staff for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and I can confidently say I am now 98% certain I could defeat a moderately aggressive houseplant. The foam padding is described as “safe for practice,” which is technically true if you define “safe” as “unlikely to knock down all the pictures on the wall unless you really commit.” The collapsible design is perfect for storage, travel, or pretending the staff is a lightsaber mid-transformation. (The “whoosh-click” sound I make while extending it is not included, but highly recommended.) After only a few sessions, my coordination improved from “confused raccoon rummaging in a kitchen” to “semi-professional windmill.” My neighbors have stopped asking questions, which I assume means they respect my training regimen—or they’re afraid. The staff itself is sturdy enough that I’m certain it could repel at least three squirrels and possibly a determined goose. The balance is excellent: not too light, not too heavy, and just flexible enough to make me feel like I know what I’m doing even when I absolutely do not. The foam padding is also fantastic. When I inevitably hit myself (usually in the shin or dignity), it delivers the kind of gentle reminder that says, “Hey buddy… maybe slow down,” instead of “Time to visit the ER.” 🌟 Highlights Collapsible design: Ideal for pretending you’re assembling a secret weapon. Foam padding: Prevents major injuries and encourages minor ones for character development. Weight & balance: Perfect for beginners, experts, and people who believe they are experts after 3 YouTube videos. Practice routine: 30 minutes a day will absolutely make you feel like you could star as an unnamed background warrior in a fantasy film. In summary, this bo staff has brought discipline, exercise, and a constant breeze to my home as I spin it wildly with questionable precision. I would recommend it to martial artists, aspiring martial artists, or anyone who wants to look cool while occasionally hitting themselves gently. A flawless 5 stars.

Love it
Ummm thank you! Its perfect! I absolutely love this. Exactly as described. Comfortable. Sturdy. Slightly weighted but not by much. Just heavier than my broom stick. Yes I was using my brook stick prior. I opened and used it right away. I love that its portable. Easy to put together and break down. Comes with an extra screw (just incase). Definitely worth the every penny. And just overall looks great.
