I take these everyday. They taste good and the consistency is firm. Easy to take each morning. Not sure if I notice a difference since taking or not. No adverse side effects. I’ve been using Mitopure for roughly 6 weeks. I like taking the gummies. Easy on the tummy with or without food. I’ve experienced no problems or issues whatsoever. While I haven’t had an earth shattering experience while taking this, I do feel like I’ve had positive results. I wear an Oura ring to track my biometrics. I have seen improvements in my sleep, recovery and restorative time. Also my physiological stress has definitely declined on a daily basis where it would not budge in over a year. Now I am looking forward to see what will happen over the next couple of months.

Taste is off, and the gummies stick to my teeth. I thought I was ordering capsules, not a kid's treat. Just wasted money.
