can this be cut with scizzers to fit a window

It depends on the size of the window. If it's a small window, you might have better luck just putting up some frosted contact paper. It will do the trick and cost a LOT less than the shower. But if it's a bigger window, the shower curtain will certainly do the trick.Good luck with your project!!
