Could not call from UK to USA, however it worked as described.

I used this during a 2-week trip to the UK. It was straightforward to set up (I waited until arrival) and worked well. Most of the time, I only needed to use data, but on a few occasions I was glad I also had voice calling. It was a bit cheaper than ones I saw for sale in England.

I only got to use this SIM card for brief time in London wen I had a 24 hour layover at Heathrow. Once outside the airport I needed data to look at maps and find where I had to go. It worked fine for my short term purpose. I did have to restart my phone a couple of times before it would connect to Google maps. I also used it once I got back to the airport so I did not have to connect to airport wifi.

I am relatively new to the world of eSIMs, and did a lot of research prior to ordering this. I was pleased to find that an eSIM allows the user to keep his or her phone number. I travel to the UK at least once a year. Usually I inform T-Mobile beforehand, and add a plan to keep phone calls and data usage at their cheapest rates while I am there. With this eSIM, I will not have to. This product is a pamphlet with a QR code, in an envelope. I first checked to make sure that my Samsung Galaxy S23 even accepts eSIMs. It does. The instructions are to: 1) Access the SIM Card Manager by opening the Settings app, navigating to Connections, and selecting the SIM card manager; 2) 2. Add a Mobile Plan (eSIM) by tapping on 'Add mobile plan.' Options to add an eSIM will then be presented. 3) Select 'Add using QR code' and then scan the code with the phone's camera. 4) Add the provided activation code (it is included on the pamphlet). Given that once activated, the number of days begins to run, I would not activate this until the day before the trip. I will report when I learn any new information. My next trip to the UK is in the next few months, but I wanted to leave a review now, to relay my findings. I will update if anything changes.

I'll update if this doesn't work for my trip to Scotland and England next month, but wanted to leave a review now because I received the right card, which is a feat. Last year, I ordered cards twice, separately (from different companies) and with times I received cards for Asia, even though i ordered a uk card and an eu card. So, I got the right card this time. I also registered it, as the instructions said to do, putting in the date of my planned trip. It registered successfully and they sent a confirmation. I'll activate it when I arrive to Scotland. This did not come with a removal pin, so ill be sure to bring one with me. It also doesn't come on a cardboard backing. It uses paper, and a paper envelope. There's no protective backing.

Das war meine erste Simkarte, die ich mir extra für den Auslandsaufenthalt bestellt habe. Bisher hatte ich immer das Problem, nicht genügend Datenvolumen zu haben oder musste hohe Roaminggebühren befürchten. Endlich brauchte ich mir keine Gedanken mehr darüber zu machen. Ich habe die Karte vor allem deshalb gekauft, weil ich sie für die Verwendung von Google Maps und das Buchen von Tickets während meines Urlaubs benutzen wollte. Die Karte war schnell aktiviert und funktionierte einwandfrei. Ich kann diese Simkarte daher zu 100% empfehlen und werde es beim nächsten Mal genau so wieder handhaben.

Funciona perfectamente, debes de seguir las instrucciones y enviar el mensaje unos dias antes para que la activen, cuando lleve al reino unido puse la tarjeta en el movil y sin ningun problema, yo necesitaba datos para moverme con el google maps y hacer llamadas a traves de wasap, y esto sin problema.

Cette carte sim prépayée est idéale pour les voyages en Angleterre, ce qui va être mon cas très prochainement. C'est une très bonne idée quand on veut éviter les frais de "roaming" et se retrouver avec une facture incroyablement gonflée au retour de son voyage... Elle est livrée avec un petit flyer explicatif pour l'activation, et il est recommandé de l'activer plusieurs jours avant le voyage, le temps qu'elle puisse être activée. La carte SIM est déclinée en 3 tailles, Standard, Micro et Nano. Elle sera donc compatible avec tous les téléphones, anciens et nouveaux.
