Fitcrunch are a delicious snack I can eat while still maintaining my protein targets. They taste much better than most protein bars. The sugar content is low as still tasty. Decent size for a small snack.

These came yesterday and I haven’t eaten any yet, but I trust Dave’s products, so I am sure they will be good. I have eaten all his stuff, now, I think, and he has never disappointed me yet! His products are never dry or hard to swallow. And they taste great. And just the perfect size to grab and eat on the run or take to work to eat for lunch. Super protein count for a quick meal!

This cookie and cream one is my favorite. Perfect size snack bar. They sell these at a gas station in my town, but they are twice as large. This size is great for those of us that struggle with portion control. They have enough protein to keep you full as a snack or a meal.
