Wound Seal immediately stops bleeding. I carry it my hiking first aid kit.
Wound Seal powder is wonderful. I include it in my first aid kit at home and while hiking. It's easy to get cut when you have to get through thorns and sharp rocks and branches. First sterilize the wound. Rubbing alcohol is wonderful, although it briefly stings. Wound seal stops they bleeding. Then cover the wound with a band-aide band-aide or bandage. You are good to go.

AMAZING!
We bought this because my husband is on blood thinners and injures himself quite often. Some of the wounds he has had have been pretty deep and we could never get the bleeding to stop which would lead us to trips to Urgent Care. A small amount of product along with a little pressure for just a few seconds stops the bleeding immediately and creates a scab. Well worth keeping in any and all first aid kits.

Success stopping a nose bleed due to blood thinners
I am on 3 blood thinners for a serious heart issue. What should be a benign wound- a break in my skin- may bleed for more than 24 hours. Life is tough for me as I am fairly active and skin cuts and bruises now happen with minimal impact on objects in my environment. Had a nose bleed that did not stop after several hours. I used WoundSeal successfully for this nose bleed. Used my fingertip dipped in the powder to apply in nostril. Stopped bleeding very quickly. Very happy with this product.

Paper cut blood stopper
On the package: WoundSeal topical powder. Biolife LLC, Sarasota Fl (...) Made in USA UPC code 834061000040 Ref: CSU004 Ingredients: Hydrophilic polymer and potassium ferrate. Lot and expiration date are on the package, mine had an expiration date that was 25 months out from the date of purchase so good for 2 years. In the package: plastic box containing 4 small tear-open single use packages of WoundSeal and a detailed instruction sheet with pictures and warnings. Each pack is about 1/2" by 1-1/2" long and contains a small amount of the powder. I don't have a scale sensitive enough to weigh the contents, I would estimate the amount of powder to be what you would find in a tear open pepper package from a fast-food breakfast meal. This is the paper or shaving cut bloodstopper as the package quantity will not do much more. Says "stops bleeding instantly!" on the package but the instructions say press into wound for 30 seconds to form a seal - go with the 30 seconds, maybe longer. As it is in powder form, it is NOT what you would use for nose bleeds as it can be inhaled and do damage inside your nasal passages. Be careful if you use this outdoors as it can be blown into the air. Getting this into your eyes, nose or mouth would be bad as it would react with the moisture in those places; you would then have a bigger problem than a paper cut. Good product, does what it is supposed to do for small bleeds and Made in USA.

Love how well this product works.
I am on both Plavix and adult aspirin. If I get even a small cut it bleeds like crazy. This may sting just a little, but with a little pressure it makes an almost immediate scab. Blood Stop does not stop the bleeding on me. Also, I love these tiny vials and keep one in my purse, by my sewing machine and two in the glove box for other emergencies,

This stuff is AMAZING!
I take blood thinners, and, since I'm older, my skin is thinner than it used to be, making a simple hard scratch causes annoying small bleeds. This stuff comes in tiny cubes with very fine brown powder in them. It says "single use", but it goes a whole lot further than that! Clean & dry the wound & gently tap the tube, glowing a tiny bit of the fine powder to land on the open cut. Bleeding instantly stops & it doesn't sting! I've never had to reapply. It comes with 2 cubes. I keep one at home & one in my purse. I get many scratches from wildlife hikes & crazy rescue dogs. I am still on the first 2 tubes purchased! Definitely try this!

Stops cuts bleeding out.
As a person on blood thinners any cut or graze can lead to prolonged bleeding, this woundseal acts quickly to seal the wound and keep it sealed whilst healing. Would recommend it.

Nice to have, hope I never have to use it though
Essential addition to anyone's kit. The best feature for me is the peace of mind knowing that if a trauma bleed happens I will be able to deal with it and possibly save someone's life.

Works well. One tube per wound, they are very small.
Picture may be misleading but going to buy more of these. Useful to have on hand, but corn starch apparently works pretty well if you don't have a hemostatic agent like this on hand. Cover wound completely and dress with pressure on top of powder. It forms its own scab, dont move it much or seal may be broken. Closed a bad cut up on my finger with it and it worked pretty damn well. Put one in the car, one at home and two in my EDC bag. Good for folks on blood thinners, to have at a bar in case drunk idiots take off their shoes and step on glass etc. Worthy & cool item to add to your medkit, but make sure to stock up on different types of bandages!
