Great alternative to oral medicine
This is such a cool idea, I love it for both myself and my kids. I'm not totally sure if it helps us sleep or if its just in our heads but it does seem like it works. I'm a flight attendant and work a crazy schedule all over the world, so it's very helpful to get myself to sleep on a schedule. If you regularly use melatonin or other sleeping medicine I'd definitely give this a try as an alternative!

Induces vivid dreams, works better than I expected
I straight up have been having the craziest dreams since using these, it’s actually kind of scary LOL These put me to sleep within 30 min and I drift off into dreamland and wake up in a panic because the dreams are so vivid and borderline horrifying even when I’ve had a great, non-stressful day. Man, these patches are a literal dream patch, not just sleep patch. So yes, I would say these are exceptionally effective for me at least and I’m not a stranger to melatonin, so it’s not like I’m introducing something new that’s making me have terrifying dreams. Perhaps it is because of the huge dose of melatonin (14g very strong, might I add) along with the Ashwagandha and L-Theanine (enhances alpha brain wave activity). Overall, great sleep patch if you like to be entertained with bizarre dreams while you sleep 👍🏼

Ouch!
These sleep patches contain ingredients that many may find helpful for sleep and relaxation, including ashwagandha, L-theanine, GABA, magnesium glycinate, and most notably, a high dose of melatonin (14mg). The patches are soft and flexible and the adhesive is strong (I'll come back to that) enough to last an entire night. They're very easy to use: Just peel and stick to a --preferably hairless -- patch of skin.Unfortunately, these patches did not work well for me. I think they made me a little groggy, but I was still awake for hours and was up multiple times the first two nights I used them. The third night went a little better, but upon removing the patch I discovered I had some irritated skin where I'd applied it. It didn't hurt, but the area was slightly raised and pinkish and remained so for the rest of the day. I had been applying the patches to different areas of the skin every night, as suggested, so I thought it was a little odd. Regardless, I thought I'd better stop using them.I also think they really went overboard with the adhesive. I'd recommend shaving or at least using a brow trimmer or similar to get rid of all the hair where the patch is to be applied. Even after doing this, though, removing the patches was quite painful for me. There was no residue left on my skin, but I suspect that was because I left some skin on the patch.Ultimately, these sleep patches just weren't a good fit for me.

Experience has been good, will keep using as needed
My husband has used these a few times and feels that his quality of sleep was improved. He is either waking up less or falling back to sleep before he registers that he's gotten up.Using them is easy. The only concern was the first night when the patch was barely still attached. It ended up working out and he was more mindful of applying it to a better spot the next time.

Don't work
I got nothing from these patches. They didn't help me fall asleep or stay asleep at all. The patch was easy enough to put on, but was very hard to get off again. I had to work to get it peeled off. It left a big red mark on my arm.I do not recommend these at all!

It's more than nothing lol
There is a noticeable difference but the effects are subtle it's not like taking a Benadryl which is literally the one and only ingredient in Zzzquil if you didn't know. There was some itching but it didn't leave a rash but keep in mind irritation is definitely something that you might have to worry about.
