Works!
We moved into an older house and the drains were not only clogged but also full of gnats. I bought this and a product to unclog the drains. The first application helped tremendously with the gnats and clog. The gnats stayed away for a few weeks. I am assuming new eggs hatched because last night they were coming out of the drain again. I applied more of this product in the drain and left it overnight. There are dead bugs in the sink this morning and no more are flying out. You may need to do more than one application but it does work. I love the spray nozzle that allows you to get down into the drain. It doesn't have any chemically smell or strong odor. Easy to use.

Works but may need a few applications
This stuff works and I am pleased with the out come but it did take three applications. I live in an old house, about 100 years old and the gnat's seem to appear every summer. I also live by a lake so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I would say it was an infestation, I couldn't eat without them buzzing around me. I am one of those people that is a bug lands in my food, it's now the dogs food so these things were maddening. (And yes, I know it's irrational to stop eating your food just because a tiny bug lands on it but gross's me out and that's the way it is.) Forget about drinking red wine because they love it and land in it immediately. In any event, the gnats literally drive me crazy. I hate them! I have tried everything to get rid of them. The vinegar, soap, water traps. The lights with the sticky cards. Anything I could find. These traps catch the gnats but they don't get rid of the problem. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. I ordered two cans to start with because I have three full bathrooms, a utility sink, plus the kitchen sink. The first time, I performed the application at night on July 7th and then went to bed. I used both full cans, which was mainly because I was figuring out how to use it properly and I put almost a full can in the garbage disposal. I would say in the next couple of days you could see a significant reduction in the number of gnats and I found several in my bathrooms dead. I figured it would take a couple of applications due to the other reviews that I read. Within about four days, I saw them beginning to increase again. I ordered two more cans and applied about 1.5 of them the night of July 12th. That is 5 days following the first application. Following that application, there was another significant reduction in the gnats and I was still finding dead gnats on my bathroom floors. After the first two applications there was a significant improvement in the quality of my life. Just chipping away at killing these gnats and I was/am determined to rid my house of these pests! Ordered two more cans. I was leaving for the weekend so I thought a perfect time for another application and then it would be able to sit for a couple of days. Applied another ~1.5 cans on Friday afternoon around 3:00pm on July 18th. Returned Sunday July 20th early evening. To my shear delight, I did not see any gnats! Monday, I saw one gnat. Tuesday, I saw one gnat. Wednesday I did not see any gnats. It is now Thursday morning and I have not seen any gnats. I am hoping that is the last of them but I still have enough product for another application if it is needed. So, in summary, it has taken me close to four cans to fully eliminate them over the course of 16 days. I ordered a total of 6 cans at a price tag of $95.82+tax so over $100 in total, so not cheap. Also, pretty sure the stuff is toxic because it says something about hazmat on the label for shipping. Hope this helps.

Costly when it don't foam right.
Don't always foam. This stuff works. When the foam come out like shaving cream it lasts a long time. The problem is it don't always foam like shaving cream. When it don't foam right it will not last long. You have no way of knowing how well it work until you try it. I have tried 4 cans out of 6. I will not buy again. To costly to be guessing.

This product works!
This is a wonderful product. I finally got rid of the ๐ชฐ fruit flies. There was enough product to clean each sink (3) times and a bathtub and a shower drain twice. Totally amazed.

The only thing that worked
I tried for months to get rid of pesky drain flies. After spending hundreds of dollars on dozens of products, I finally bought Terro. It worked after the first application. Easy to apply. No odor or after effects. The right size for multiple applications, if necessary. I will always keep a can under my sink. Saved me lots of money.

Gets in tight spots and foams nicely.
I can't say if this single product cleared out my drain flies but I did notice when the foam expands it brought all kinds of gunk up from the inside of the drain. Even after I thought I cleaned it pretty good. Gunk included a couple dead drain flies. Not sure if they were already dead or killed in the form but who cares - they're dead! I found it easy to direct the spray into the drain and it didn't take too much to fill the drain. I've still got plenty left after several treatments. My mom has COPD and I've got allergies that can be triggered by odor/perfume and this product did not cause any issues. There is almost no scent. I used this after letting Zevo flying traps (UV lights) run for about a week. Also treated the drains with Green Gobbler overnight. I still get the odd drain fly but I live in an apartment so it's possible some are coming over from other units.

Keeps running out after 2 applications
Works great and effectively. However drain flys keep coming back in weeks so require multiple applications. One canister can last hardly 2 applications in 2/3 drains. Product seems to be left inside the canister but the foam wont come out because its not enough. So definitely not value for money with only 2 applications each canister.

No More Fruit Flies!
I was having fruit flies flying in rooms no where near the kitchen-even upstairs! Terro fruit fly traps and ant gel are very effective, so I turned to Terro for the drain. I sprayed it in two bathroom sink drains and the shower drain. No more flies, and it has been 3 months! (I also read to wash bananas as soon as they come into the kitchen and do this, too).

Foam doesn't actually form
While spraying the solution stays liquid, and drain flies just escape via the drain back up.
