I had already purchased this filter for my home a year ago and was very happy with its performance. So, I recently bought the same one for my parents' house. The product is excellent, and today's installation service was also outstanding. The service technician was very cooperative, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation smoothly. Very satisfied with both the product and the service. Highly recommended!

I had brought a V Guard zenora RO MF Purifier for my home. With 2 day installation had been done. Initially I am impressed v Guard for there quick service. Water filter is working fine But after 2-3 day the water indicator light had been fuesed. I had complaint for that but until (30 day waited) not getting any response from their service center. V GUARD NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE AS STATED.

I'm writing this review after using it for more than 1 year. First of all the product is a good product for the price but their service is poor in Chennai. Problems I faced. 1. Apart from external sediment filter V guard offers if the product is in warranty they are giving the free replacement for the filters, but people from the service centre try to manipulate you and ask you to buy their AMC which cost half of their product price in order to change the filters. I showed the product details in Amazon which clearly says filters replacement if the product is under warranty. 2. This is even worst when compare to the previous one. It was 2 months before the product warranty expires the water taste got worse and TDS level was high. I booked an appointment for service and the service person told the post carbon filter is dead you need to replace it so opt for AMC we will change it. I said the product is still in warranty replace the filter, then he replaced the filter but despite of that the water taste haven't changed and TDS was also the same. This time also the service person came with the mindset of selling me the AMC not fixing the product which is under warranty did opened the box checked whether is water is flowing properly then he left by saying the water taste will change and TDS will come down but nothing got changed. 3. Since the problem still exists I booked service request but each time the service centre person will mark it as issue fixed and close the ticket without visiting my house. 4. Then I wrote and email to the [email protected] which directly reaches V guard. This time the service person came and done a terrible thing in order to get the taste he connected the output directly to RO membrane and there is no filters in between 🤦. This I came to know after two months when I opened the box myself to check to clean it. I might have opted for AMC if the service was good in warrenty period. There is now way you will be talking to official v guard person, the service process is completely third party. Don't go for V guard water purifiers if you are in Chennai. If you cannot fix the issue in warranty how you can expect yours customers will choose AMC for poor service. If you are not in Chennai you may consider buying it but don't buy it if you are in Chennai. Worst Service

Overall the product is good and also the technian who visited knows the work very well
