Comes complete with 4 led portion outputs, remote , power supply and glasses. It was easy to put together. Stand has a heavy round base, and it's nice that it has two adjustable poles that can make it small enough to keep out of the way. I like the multiple level options on the remote, including a 5th flashing light option for people not use to red light therapy. It has the 660 red and 850 NIR options which is great. The remote has a timer option. I've been using for the full 30 minutes and it turns off automatically. I love how the 4 arms are adjustable for multiple uses! This is a great unit and I really like Viconors products. It is very heavy duty and the quality seems like it is durable and will last a while.

This red light lamp is very easy to set up and compact. I can now lay in bed and apply the therapy as needed! You can adjust the arms so your whole body is covered for full therapy coverage. There are many modes of brightness and flashing for whichever therapy you need. Also comes with glasses that dim the light when in use!

As a fan of red light therapy I was excited when I saw this light. I have a solid panel red light device but it doesn't get all the penetration I desire. With these adjustable red light panels, I'm able to get them close to my skin and I feel it is more effective. I find it best when used in combination with the panel I already own. I believe Viconor also makes a light just like this. I find the remote it comes with easy to use and the cord is long enough. It was easy to put together as well. I do recommend you lean it up against the back of a couch or some other item to keep it stable. Otherwise you'll have to position the lights so it balances out. Overall, I do like recommend this light. If you're seeking a red light therapy device that you can get close to your skin without feeling claustrophobic you should definitely consider this one from Viconor.
