Very impressed, it's like new not a mark on it, runs everything great

Have purchased 3 of these tablets and 2 of them displays a message stating it is "managed by your organization," this indicates the device is enrolled in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, typically used by businesses or educational institutions to enforce security policies and manage devices remotely. The message appears because the device has been registered with an organization's management system, which can enforce restrictions such as remote locking, wiping, app installation, and monitoring of certain activities. Even after a factory reset, the device retain its managed status because the MDM enrolment was not properly removed, as the management can persist at a system level. For a renewed device, this situation is concerning and problematic. It indicates the device was improperly returned to the reseller or was stolen from an organization, as such devices are not supposed to be resold without being fully wiped and unenrolled from any management system. If the device was originally provided by an employer or school, the organization must have authorized its release from management before it could be legally resold. I have contacted Amazon to report the issue and request a full refund as the device does not meet the expected condition for a renewed product. As of writing this review I've not received a refund yet.

Purchased this tablet not expecting it to be locked and unusable looks like several purchases from other reviews say the same, selling this tablet knowing there's a clear problem with this product is not very good

Item was locked by still being registered to IT Admin of previous owners and only accessible by using password of previous user. What a waste of time... but 1 star because it did look nice.

... agréablement surpris par l'état esthétique de l'article. Pas éraflure, aucune égratignure. Wow, comme neuf. La batterie semble tenir sa charge normalement (à voir à l'usage). En revanche, pas de coque protectrice originale offerte ni de stylet. Maigre compensation, le chargeur est un original (neuf) et câble usb-c est très long. Satisfaction générale: TRÈS BIEN. En outre, la livraison fut rapide.
