I wanted to take a moment to share how amazing this sofa is. I watched the video before purchasing, so I knew what to expect in terms of shipping—but it’s still impressive how compact the box is compared to the actual size of the sofa.Unwrapping it felt almost magical. Once the plastic was off, the sofa expanded beautifully. It’s incredibly dense yet very comfortable, without compromising on quality. Even the fabric feels high-end and durable.The only downside was the delivery experience. The fee was quite expensive, and unfortunately, the service didn’t match the price. Without a doorman, I had to take the day off to ensure I could receive it. Still, the FedEx driver didn’t ring my intercom and just left the box in the hallway. I only found out it had arrived when I checked my Amazon account later in the afternoon, which was frustrating. That same afternoon, someone in my building was moving in, so both doors downstairs were open. It should have been a red flag for FedEx’s employee. He knows as someone from NYC.But let’s finish on a high note. The sofa is again amazing. Ladies if you are on your own with stairs, you will need a hand.

My sofa arrived earlier than expected which is always nice! Consistent with most reviews it was easy to assemble. The color is on point with what was advertised and i am so loving it! However the firmness is something to note in case you are expecting a pillowy soft type of couch, its not but not a deal breaker for me. Maybe it might get softer in time. Overall good value for money comparing it to the original one.

so cute! i was nervous at first to buy a couch online without having seen it or sat on it in person, but decided that the price, versatility and color was worth the gamble. super easy to assemble and one of my friends was able to sleep on it the same day we took it out of the box. also material has held up well with the cat i recently adopted! this is my first couch and i’m so happy it ended up being such an amazing purchase :”)

So happy with this purchase. I’ve been in my apt for 8 years and getting a decent couch to fit in here has been impossible. I’ve been using futons all of this time. I was getting ready to spend 400$ on a sturdy wooden futon frame before I stumbled onto this sofa. I love it, it’s attractive and comfortable. I enjoy its integrity and firmness as foam tends to soften over time with use.

My wife and I decided we wanted to downsize and get something that could convert from a couch to a bed (and vice versa) so it felt like our room had more space during the day.We were both very impressed in how sturdy this thing is. It doesn't seem to sink at all, and changing from bed to couch is very easy. We did have to get a mattress topper (a $50 one from Target) as we had a pillow top mattress before and it was a change going to a firm one.Needless to say we do not regret purchasing and have been using this for the past month with no issues.The shipping was not as fast as I thought it would be (and was expensive), and FedEx wrecked the box and the packaging of the item. I do not think a return is possible, as it states you need to return item in original packaging (I don't know how you would do that because they vacuum seal it, but I digress), so if you do buy this you should be 100% sure first.

The sofa is firm but comfortable. The fabric is nice and super soft. I love the flexibility of having a cozy sofa or being able to fold it out into a bed. The back is a little short for my taste, but nothing a few extra pillows can't solve. We use it for our media room & guests who are staying with us. I've napped on it many times. It's perfect for our space.

Honestly, this was the best purchase and trust me, I shopped around for every budget friendly convertible sofa bed option that would meet our needs! It’s the perfect size for our guest room/office and so easily converts to a bed. We’ve slept on it a couple of nights now and it fits two people very comfortably. It’ll be perfect for guests staying over. Super bonus for there being no real assembly. Just open it up and poof, it’s ready! I also prefer the zippered back and arms over the metal holder ones. It’s sturdy, comfy, and looks great! Couldn’t be happier or recommend this more!

Love this couch!! I can comfortably to lie down even without it being unassembled. We bought it as a sofa/guest bed for our office and it’s more comfortable than our living room couch! Couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price. Also arrived a little earlier than expected which was great!
