for the price anyone that does laudry should have one of these, I bought it to take care of some difficult to iron pieces of clothing, my wife originally mocked me for it, till she tried it, now she thinks its the greatest thing ever made, works well, heats up fast, very easy to put together and maintain, great item

Heats quickly, no leaking issues, super we use it every morning on everything from jeans & cotton tshirts to silky dress clothes. We got rid of our iron because this is easy to use and gentle on our clothes. the auto shut off feature gives peace of mind just in case

The steamer itself works well. And it's nice to have the item at eye level. I just wish it had a better frame to stretch the clothing piece out. Sometimes, as I'm holding the piece, stretched out, I get too close with the steamer and yes, it burns my fingers. But the reservoir is a nice size. And you can steam more than a few clothing items at one time without running out of water. I do use distilled water in the reservoir.

So far its a great product, its steam fast and stable. Easy to use , its only one button to press. Its light weight, easy to transport from room to room as it have wheels. There is some deeps of water time to time happened but its not leaking as some other steamers. Worth the money being spend .

This is the worst product I have ever bought from Amazon and I am a frequent buyer. The stand is wobbly and the placement of the pants hangers are unusable. The steamer itself is horrible. It does NOT even remove wrinkles after passing over garment 5 or more times. It even spurts water if you have the steamer anything but absolutely level. My $35 Conair handheld unit works 100% better than this. Do not buy or you will be disappointed. I’m even resentful that I have to pkg this lousy pkg up for a return; that’s how bad it is.

This is a well-designed steamer that is easy to use and less likely to burn me than the one I previously owned. Also, the hose is less likely to kink, and the steam flows at a steady pace. I keep it assembled and wheel it out from behind the laundry room door to use it. I don't use the hanger as intended, but it is easy to hang clothes with their own hangers on it or on the higher spot intended for hanging. The large water container rarely needs refilling during a steaming session, and I can whip through 20 or so garments pretty quickly. About the only thing I would change is to soften the sound made when turning it on or off, which is quick and easy to do with your foot. Perhaps that loud sound is to warn you should a child mess with it while it is plugged in.

I bought this same steamer 3 years ago. After my house burned, this is one of the first things I replaced. I don’t like to iron. This steamer is great.
