d-CON Disposable Corner Fit Mouse Poison Bait Station, 3 Bait Stations, Packaging May Vary

I live in the country, and my house is on five acres of open field. In the winter, we've had problems with field mice coming in from the cold weather and chewing things up and generally making messes. A few of these strategically placed around the house fixed that problem. I like that they're contained in a way that the mice can get to the poison, but our pets and grandkids can't.

I mistakenly ordered the disposable bait stations. I don't understand why they even make them disposable. They're the same price as the refillable ones. It's just a waste of plastic.The product inside works great! The rodents in my area are too smart for traps. You might catch ONE in a particular type of trap before the rest catch on and avoid them.Mice don't catch on to the bait stations like they do with the traps.But refillable ones are the same price and much more environmentally friendly. And your cost per use goes down if you use the refillable station and just pay for new bait to put in them.The disposable ones are a dumb product, IMHO. Single-use-plastics suck!

I bought these and set them up and was first unsure if I should bust open the plastic but DO NOT OPEN ANYTHING. It's so simple. Just place them .The mice chew through the plastic as I believe it is made out of some type of attractive food material? The first 24 hours, I was leary as the bait had still been untouched. But don't worry, they will find it. 3 days later and here I am watching Jeopardy this evening and here he comes seizing out right in front of me. It was weird because he took a "last breath" . Scooped him up with a dust pan and that was it. Not sure if there are any more but I guess we shall see. I highly recommend.

I should have read the description a bit more. These are NOT refillable. I bought these along with a 10 piece bait refill. I didn't realize they weren't refillable until I opened them and tried to figure out how the refill bait goes in. My mistake.

Absolutely worthless. Mice walk up to this product. Smell it and never touch it. I have cameras on the stations to see for real. Because they are never touched.Update, the mice have finally decided they live the stuff, so I highly recommend it, just make sure you get rid of all other food sources.
