I've used this product for 5 years with total success on plastic items, wood, glass, metal. It's simple to use with sponge brushes or other types, cleans up nicely with water after use and let's not forget the wide range of color choices available. I have always purchased and used the clear sealant after the chalk is dried. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Ease of application, clean up, and use. Finished product is awesome.

I really liked this clear coat sealant. I recently painted a dresser with chalk paint and didn’t want to use the wax sealer. This clear coat worked so well. I easily applied three coats and am really pleased with the results. I was fully expecting a strong odour when I opened the jar but there was no smell at all. I’d use this product again.

Does it eventually turn yellow, time will tell. But as of this day, it's bright, clear, easy to use. I will continue to use it
