Love it!
I’m using this on my hands and it really seems to help with the sharp pains I get in my thumbs. It also goes on smooth and doesn’t leave any residue.

Great product the best for sore muscles put it on my neck and shoulders and had instant relief will definitely buy again!!

Gritty, but effective for mild pain
I like the idea of this product. The magnesium does put a dent in pain on my lower back and hips, but the epsom salt tends to linger on the skin after using it. The roll-on format makes it much easier to use than my regular magnesium cream, but this particular formulation is not quite as effective as my regular magnesium cream. If pain is mild / moderate, I'll use the roll-on for quick relief. Anything stronger, and I'd use something else.

It does help with mild surface pain but does not work as well as other medications on the market.
