Good product
I bought this sleeping pull from Ayuvya, and it has been really helpful for me..it work’s gently and helps me relax and sleep peacefully, happy with the product

So right now I have used this product for 10 days I can tell you that it does help in making you sleep first two days u will feel not good but after that your body will have a habit in my opinion u can also put this pill in a cup of water and let it disolve if u don't like tingling sensation on your tongue but try to sleep within 35-40 min after taking this pill if u don't sleep your eyes will burn in the morning it won't be refreshing.

This product is totally useless and does ot work at all. It should be banned from selling anywhere, not just on Amazon.
