Feels strong and solid. Resistance is quite nice, better than an existing band that I have. The options of the two handles or the bar, as well as connecting to a door is very nice!

I like the fact that you have the flexibility to choose how much resistance your body can use with these, because it comes with a total of 4 bands all that you link separately. At 71, all 4 was too much for me. Product appears to be extremely durable and should last a long time. I’d highly recommend it to tone up your body with muscle rebuilding!

I'm older, and used to, back in my 20s (back 100 years ago) do weight training and aerobics. Over the years I had gotten lazy, to put it mildly. And about 10 years ago I started on my weightloss/try to get healthy journey. I have a gym membership which I use frequently. However, in the winter months, I am at a place where the gym is not easily accessible. So I improvise with home equipment. Found myself at my winter home earlier than expected this year, due to family health issues, and found this little gadget. Received it yesterday and on my way working my lower abs! Haven't explored its other uses yet, but for the lower abs it's a great little piece of equipment.
