WOWBUTTER Natural Non-GMO Peanut Free Spread Creamy 1.1lb Jar, 17.6oz

There’s a peanut allergy in my house so we’ve tried all types of butters in search of something that satisfies our peanut butter cravings that’s still safe for everyone. This is it! It’s so tasty! The texture, taste and consistency is as close to peanut butter as you can get! The cost is reasonable. The oil doesn’t separate much so there’s not much need to stir. I haven’t tried baking with this yet but I think it will hold up to replace peanut butter in any recipe. We’ve tried sun butter, cashew butter and almond butter and they don’t compare. This will be the only butter we’ll be using from now on!

I am allergic to all nuts and have missed peanut butter. I've tried other supplements and all of them don't replicate peanut butter. This product tastes just like it, same smell, consistency, ect. Its just a little gritty and has a very minor after taste if you taste it by itself. I had my first PB&J in 10 years, tasted just like it. Very pleased and I will continue to buy this every year. I suffer from Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and peanuts or any nuts flare up my condition. Even the small amount of peanut butter in moose track ice cream would flare up my HS. I've been so sad not being able to eat anything with peanut butter anymore and sunflower butter is not a great substitute for peanut butter flavored desserts. Then I came across Wowbutter and opted to try it despite it being rather expensive at $8 a jar. I was desperate for a satisfactory substitute of peanut butter. This investment is totally worth it! It really does taste like peanut butter! I put spoonfuls of it with my vanilla ice cream and it's so yummy! I'm so glad I found this product!

I'm allergic to peanuts, but missed having peanut butter so I decided to try WowButter. First of all, it's considerably more expensive than peanut butter. I can get Jif PB at a grocery store for 17 cents per ounce where the WowButter costs 54 cents per ounce. I decided it was worth a try to find something similar to PB that I can eat. I was warned that the texture of WowButter is very thick and dry. I tasted it right out of the jar and it definitely doesn't taste "just like peanut butter" as some other reviewers have said. I didn't expect it to because it's not made from peanuts. The taste right out of the jar was a little bland, dry and definitely hard to spread. I decided to put a couple of tablespoons of the WowButter in a bowl and I added just a few drops of extra light olive oil and a tiny pinch of salt. When I mixed it up, it became smooth and spreadable. Just a tiny bit of salt made all the difference in the taste and a tiny bit of oil improved the texture immensely. While I still miss peanut butter, this is a very satisfactory alternative that I consider worth the price difference and that I will continue to enjoy.

I have a son who is extremely picky. He will only eat pb and fluff for lunch at school, so I panicked as his school is peanut free. After reading the reviews on this, I decided to give it a try. I sent it to school, and his lunch box came home empty! I tried it myself as well and was astounded at how close it is to tasting like peanut butter. I actually like the flavor of this a bit better. So happy I found this. I recommend to other parents as well.

I purchased this for my son because his pre-k is nut-free. He has autism and ARFID, so new textures/tastes aren't always easy to find. The Wowbutter is a decent PB replacement as far as texture and initial taste, but it has a weird aftertaste and wasn't our top choice for a PB replacement. However, when you add some honey to the Wowbutter, it tastes much better! We enjoyed our jar of Wowbutter mixed with honey on toast.

If you are wondering if this taste like peanut butter it 100% does. Smells like it too. Consistency is a bit thicker. Now my daughter and granddaughter can have a pb&j.

really disappointed with how oily it is. can't even use this product! All you taste is oil.
