Really unique floral flavored honey. Significantly sweeter and much more floral than American Clover honey. It's very creamy, even when you put it in the refridgerator, it remains very creamy and viscous and is easy to scoop out of the jar.In my opinion, it's too sweet, and actually this honey is probably the sweetest thing I've ever tasted in my life. Imagine eating a scoop of raw sugar, mixed with an electrical stimulator in your brain. Pure white sugar is somehow less sweet than this honey.If you like honey, this seems to be a very high quality honey and you can tell it's not processed, because it has a mixture of colors and textures in the jar. It's very natural looking.If you don't like the spicy cinnamon flavor of regular honeys, then this one is for you. Very smooth, silky, sweet, intense floral SWEET flavor.

Love this hone for plain Greek yogurt, generally doesn't thin out the yogurt like traditional honeys and is just the right amount of sweetness. I said generally because on occasion there will be a batch this is thinner and runnier than others but it still tastes great.

This is the best honey, great taste, rich and pure, and what is also great is the people behind it, who back this up. We consume quite a bit of honey in our household and this has always been our go-to honey. We used to buy it in a shop, but the service from this Amazon seller, packaging and speedy delivery is outstanding and hard to beat! I appreciate that this precious sustenance is contained in glass because i simply do not trust plastic containers for such. Strangely, it arrived packed in a small box (which was inside a larger amazon box) sans padding; like why would anyone pack a $30 jar of honey in a box with no bubble wrap? It is indeed a miracle that it arrived intact.As for the honey, it is the best i've had since ys organic became cost prohibitive for my tiny fixed income. It has the same rich sweetness that i came to love in the ys brand's organic, raw honey which i regularly ravenously consumed for over a decade until roughly 5 years ago when the price inexplicably rose. I intend to use this "Carpathian" honey for health maintenance by taking a teaspoon a day, and maybe (occasionally) linger over it with a cup of tea and a slice of buttered toast.

The only honey I buy now. Buckwheat honey has its particular taste that might take a minute to get used to, but then it tastes and smells delicious. Rare quality for raw honey too.
