No, I don't think this spray is intended to kill any insect. The smell/odor is so strong that it's meant to keep them away until it's time for another round. If your looking for something to kill insects or centipedes try Raid the new floral scent.

Q: Does it work on spider mites?

This spider repellent doesn't work period. Do not waste your money. I do not recommend this product at all.

Active: Pure Origin Peppermint Essential Oil. Inactive: Water, non-toxic emulsifiers.

Q: Is this dog friendly? Can it be used for a dog house?

Peppermint essential oil is toxic to dogs and cats. Peppermint oil is also slightly toxic to people as it's strong enough to damage your stomach lining. There are very few essential oils safe to ingest and then only if you micro-dose and dilute with lots of water. Natural doesn't mean safe. The above poster was also correct about the phenols and the smaller the animal the more toxic it is.
