ELENKER Upright Rollator Walker with 12" Front Wheels for Seniors, Purple

First problem with order was that I ordered PURPLE. Was told it was sold out but I could have BLUE … ok. Then when order arrived the box was broken at the critical area where the armrests were stored. We contacted Seller IMMEDIATELY. Then when we put it together a number of things went wrong. 1) the handles for breaks would not lock in place. 2) using the curb the walker torques and everything unlocks and comes undone … I collapse because there is nothing to hold me up 3) advertised as all terrain … NOT … tried it on smooth surfaces in grocery stores, walker would come undone, collapse and I would fall, tried it on a side walk, same problem, forget about trying it on gravel or on the lawn I think I would have to call 911!. 4) the seat rests right on my leg (my leg that was broken) there is no room to move your leg forward to walk. However this is a great walker if you want to stand completely still and not be able to move around. I think most of the problems are actual design problems so are not reparable. The locking mechanism under the seat is designed such that it never quite locks down. Then when I contact the seller well with in the return time frame I am told sure I can return it but I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE HUNDREDS OF $ IN SHIPPING FEES!

as advertised and arrived on time ........ Dad really likes it, makes him stand up straight when using and he can walk twice as far now.

The product came quickly and was easy to put together. After a few days we had trouble with one wheel turning correctly. I called customer care and was given an address to reach out to in the Gmail domain, not a good sign in my book.). After several back and forth emails I was asked to video how the turns were hanging up with the walker. I took about one minute of video documenting this but it turns out that much video is too big to send in email. I asked the people who were to receive the email about perhaps using Dropbox or some other method to upload video. They don’t have a method to do that. So I had to go back to family members home and shoot more video (much shorter). Why did they not tell me to only shoot 15 seconds or so? Finally got video emailed to customer service. Fairly quick response telling me they would replace one wheel. The replacement came quickly but the tread design is different than the original and now then walker has trouble turning in the opposite direction. They had video of the wheels why not match the tread? I contacted them again in late April with two separate emails. One was asking how I could buy replacement wheels ( yes I was willing to pay to get wheels with the same tread). The other email was requesting that they get me wheels with the same tread under the warranty. I have sent several follow up emails and they have gone dark leaving me no choice but to comment on their poor response from customer care. I believe this could be a good product for the family member. I am past the return time with Amazon (purchased in late February). The product is not as easy bot use for family member as it should be thus it is not used as often as it could be. I feel stuck. Just want the wheels to work as they should. Customer care needs to be improved. .

First let me say I have bought a total of 3 Rollator walkers. The first one I bought was in 2023 and it was a basic model. We loved it right from the start! We lost it when our vehicle was stolen. The 2nd one was the all terrain model for Christmas 2025. Requested refund as the frame was bent. The 3rd one was the all terrain just a different color. Husband hates it! Does not feel it is secure or stable. It is stored in a spare room collecting dust. I believed that it was an upgraded model of the first one we bought. IT IS THOSE HORRIBLE PLASTIC TIRES!!! This walker is not all terrain. The wheels continue to slide when pressing brakes. I have tried to contact ELENKER multiple times to see about getting the correct rubber tire which is superior to replace those cheap plastic tires. No one has gotten back to me So to sum it up… bad customer service Paid more monies for a product that has less quality This walker is a dust collector because ELENKER failed to follow through my previous request about getting the rubber tires to replace cheap plastic ones. In less they help me with the tires I will NEVER buy another product of theirs!

I bought this a while ago for myself. I've had 7 spine surgeries and I'm 70yo. Now I have a Spinal Cord injury. When this arrived, I was so excited! I opened this up sitting on the floor. Only a few parts, maybe 8. And no tools needed for assembly. I sat on the floor, put it together and was going going GONE!!! Im not that good on the grass yet. That's why I gave it 4☆ Before folding, I recommend applying the breaks. If not, when you go to unfold the walker, it moves all over. If your like me and used it too much first days, you'll bruise your forearms. Go slow on grass. I also like the hand rests for easy pushing yourself up from sitting. Like I said, I love this. Its expensive, but worth every penny because I'm OUT DOORS!!!!
