1 light stops working and 2 are fading. Just after installation one year ago.

The lights are very nice and contemporary looking. They were very easy to install with the wire connectors. I purchased this 12-pack of lights. However, after a few weeks now, one of the lights no longer work. I am trying to reach out to Sunvie for support but when I go to their website and try to submit form, I get error message "Sorry, the submission can not be sent! Please try again later!". I have tried over a couple of days but still same error. There is no email or phone number listed on their website for me to contact to get support.

Purchased these a little over a year ago. Easy to set up and they look great. Now, a little over a year later, one of them went out. I sent a message to the seller. They responded the next day and said they would ship a replacement. It came 5 days later. Couldn't ask for better service.

These are a very modern design that are made of cast metal. Very well built with a matte finish and sufficient lighting for just 3 watts, I expect these to last for quite a long time. I did run into an issue with one stake that broke at the thread base, was likely my fault for tightening it too hard. I contacted Sunvie customer service and they were very responsive, they asked for a picture of the stake. In less than a week I got two new stakes to replace the broken one. This is the type of company I want to work with, they care about their product and customers while building a well designed product. I went with all Sunvie products for my entire landscaping project and so glad that I did, no disappointments at all.

I have no idea how these got 4.4 stars. Read the other reviews - they fail (it's not just me) - they're not waterproof - they go dim - they're garbage. While I like how these lights look when they work, water can penetrate the top of the lights and short it out. 4 of 12 failed within 18 months so I finally gave up, ripped them all out and and bought a different set from a different manufacturer. I had even put a layer of clear caulk on the top of each light to try and keep the moisture out, but 2 failed even after I did that. Stay away. There are much better options. I replaced these useless things with PETLIK All-In-One LED Low Voltage Landscape Lighting Kit, 12-Pack Pathway Lights with Transformer and UL Listed 100FT Wire 5CCT IP66 Waterproof Landscape Lights with Connectors for Walkway Garden Yard. They're such higher quality than the SUNVIE lights, it's not even funny; and the PETLIK lights even came with a low voltage converter and all of the wire I needed. The over-priced, non-working SUNVIE lights didn't include any of that. Buyer beware.
