Great supplement especially if you lift weights. While protein repairs muscle, collagen is needed to repair ligaments and tendons. It has each type included which is important and the bag makes it easy to store. Make sure you read the serving size and doses, its three capsules for one serving but they are standard small capsules so they are fairly easy to swallow. I would suggest taking it at night for the best results, your body recovers with sleep.

This is a nice product of food diet to support collagen production in our body. As an important structural protein, collagen is important to the health in our skin, hair, nails, bones, and joints. Although there are several kinds of collagen with five types in this product, this protein cannot be directly used by our body. They will be broken down to proline, glycine and hydroxyproline to work as precursors to make collagen from the very beginning. Even though these amino acids are also available from foods, this product intensifies the special precursors and will less likely interfere with the synthesizes of other proteins. It is nice that this product also contains the agents to help making collagen. They are vitamin C, biotin and hyaluronic acid. The capsules are small that anre easy to swallow. The daily dose is 3 capsules.

I love how convenient it is to get my daily dose of collagen with these capsules. The pills are easy to swallow, and you take 3 daily. My only negative is that I'm not a fan of the resealable plastic bag, I'd rather they came in a bottle, but other than that, I really like them so far.
