Need to know how to get the best from these
After burning through two KO’s and am on my third I have a fair amount of experience with the machine and all the belts. The cloth belts are good, very good, but…they shred at the edges if you run them the wrong way, you must get the tracking right on both the machine and the grinding attachment or again they will tear at the edges and the best advice I can give is stay away from the hard waxy compounds that come with them. I use tormek paste or similar and this holds the belts together really well, they become a lot more forgiving and really become a great bit of kit. So a paste on the belts is key as well, the hard compounds aren’t great vs diamond pastes and compounds anyway. Well worth getting if you want that higher grit that pastes can offer and fit between the white belt and the strop belt. 5 stars if you use them right. Otherwise they can be a nightmare that winds round the rollers….use paste!!

Not durable
They work fine for a few knives and do a good job with the compounds but then start disintegrating way too quickly even at low speeds. Not worth the money
