GRASS-FED BEEF GELATIN AND PASTURE RAISED: Aspen Naturals Bovine Gelatine Powder is pasture raised, grass fed cattle and non GMO.
I will trust that they are being honest as their company and reputation depends on this. Plus the product is third party certified which is very hard to get. Third party certified means that what they say is in the ingredients is what is in the ingredients.

Is it 100% grassfed? Or grain finished?

I doubt that it is grass fed or anything that is "claimed", and strongly suggest that you purchase from a reputable company, at least one that has a physical address.
I question the legitimacy of this company and their products and have asked Amazon to investigate.
