I haven't used the smaller brayer so I can't comment on it. I needed the larger sized one and it is a big disappointment as it doesn't roll evenly. I then purchased another set that appeared similar online. It turned out it was a different vendor but the exact same brayer set so I sent it back. I gave it two stars since I don't know if the smaller brayer might be okay. Otherwise, it is useless for my needs.

Really handy for putting on veneer strips

Spread wood glue wonderfully! So long as you don't let it dry it cleans well under warm to hot water. Focus on cleaning the ends and the roller will handle itself.

I tried these but I think I still prefer the Speedball brand. There is nothing wrong with these but the Speedball ones fit better in my hands.

The product name says everything necessary: two glue rollers. I received two rollers, each of which I have used roll out polyvinyl acetate glue. Following glue application, I clean these in water and they look like new again.Perhaps there is a finer glue roller available. I need not find it as this pair is a good value.
