Works well
I have taken Boswellia tablets for quite a while for aching joints. But I like this liquid better. As a liquid it enters the system more quickly. Less “filling” than tablets. Very pure Boswellia which is made from the resin of the tree. Taste is a deterrent for some. I put it in a shot glass with warmed juice ( as resin I feel it dissolves better this way). I highly recommend if chasing aches and pains in joints has been your journey.

I had been taking this in pill form. !!I take so many supplements, and worry about all the pills ?Was thrilled it comes in a liquid!Highly recommend?

My new favorite bandaid
I read that Boswell extract is similar if not better than frankincense, I don’t find that to be the case HOWEVER this stuff is liquid gold in different ways! Have you ever tried liquid skin (glue for cuts) well this I would say is an all natural alternative. I’m not sure if that is the intended use but I have a cut on my stomach I was trying to heal for a cruise and after I got pst the burning of the alcohol I found it dried down like a seal I put over my cut and really kept it clean. Warning it is extremely sticky as it is drying down. But does quickly dry

The smell means it's strong! Use for autoimmune inflammation
Wow, if you've never tasted boswellia you're in for a treat! Just don't smell it first and be prepared to wash it down with copious amounts of juice. I like that this brand is so strong, means I'm getting my money worth. But like wow the taste :P. Using it for autoimmune as it is supposed to help with inflammation. It seems to help my muscles not get so fatigued but I'm also taking turmeric with it

Taste HORRIBLE!!! This overpowers anything and makes me gag!!! Wasted my money since it can’t be returned!

Has alcohol
I made a big mistake in dropping this under my tongue like my other liquid supplements. This has no markings to know how much your taking. No instructions on the bottle on how to take it. I’m disappointed. more waisted money. I don’t know if the .7 mg is half a dropper or a quarter?
