Needed house slippers without a thong so I could wear socks. Nothing worse than sweaty feet in air conditioning. These are very squishy but solid, the rubber is more like an eraser gum texture than hard molded foam. The material is sturdy and easy to clean. Cuter than the pictures.They looked a little narrow, but actually hug nicely when wearing thin socks. My feet are on the wider side. I usually wear a 5 in sandals, 5.5 sneakers and these fit perfectly with about 1cm space behind the heel. 5-6 size would probably be too short for a true size 6.Good value and would buy againEdit: I hadn't worn these with bare feet when I reviewed earlier. The rigid rubber strap cuts into/pinches your foot when you take a step. As another reviewer mentioned, these are not for walking.... without socks at least. They work for my socked purposes, but not a good pick at all for bare feet.
