Excellent. Slept well after years. It is a diy custom fit mandibular advancement device. Remember to bring forward your lower jaw when custom fitting after soaking in hot water.

Bit uncomfortable but usable
This device is very uncomfortable in the beginning and you'll get used to it with time. Was working fine for me but after a few months, I believe it became somewhat contaminated. I washed it and used some disinfectants and all, but it was itching when put inside my mouth. About snoring, it works like a charm for me.

Waste of money
Waste of money. I followed the instructions but the material did not take the shape of my teeth. The idea behind these devices is that they hold your lower jaw at a forward position so that air passage is not obstructed. But this is not doing anything of that sort! Worst product.
