Tent was bought for camping in all types of weather. Supposedly a 4 season tent. First time it rained it started leaking along upper seams. 3rd party seller wants photos, unable to provide them as Amazon keeps deleting them from the emails. Very unhappy that I'm forced to pay return shipping on an unusable item after already paying that amount to have it shipped to me

I’ve been trying to get the missing and broken poles replaced for months now. I also had to spray the top because the tent leaks when it rains. So it’s not dependable for actual camping during the weather. The company also told me twice that the missing poles were on the way so I can actually use the awning, they just keep blowing me off. For the price I should have been wowed, instead I’m trying to use the Assurian I bought for it, which they said this was supposed to be an unauthorized product for use with the tent. So now I’m fighting with Assurian. What a PITA

Yes, It is a little heavy but this tent is awesome. Took less than 5 minuets to fill. Very roomy and tall. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the sides were a little short. I wish they were a little taller. Overall great tent and my wife who was not sure about camping loved it and can't wait to go again. Now, we stayed on a premium site with electricity, and we did have our air conditioner.

I have never left a bad review, but here is one. We have received the tent and then set it up. First of all, it could be better quality as advertised. It was not holding the air on one side. We tried a couple more times but no chance. It was missing setting instructions as well. Then we wrapped it back and got in touch with the seller. Guess what? Seller is asking for a picture to prove the air leak. How can I imagine that? Also, I had to pay a return shipping fee ( expensive ) and bare the 20% of restocking fee. This is how they make their money. It is such a shame. I had to open it back in my office and show the images. I can not believe what I went through just to get my refund.
