My arthritic knees are helped by the Neenca Knee Compression Sleeve Support, which I wear for 1-2 hours when necessary. Per the advise from the seller, I purchased a size larger than what my leg measurement indicated. That worked out well for me as my knees, and parts of my leg around them, sometimes swell after several hours of activity and this knee brace is both comfortable and supportive when that happens.
