This is a great pelvic muscle trainer, and I love that it gamifies training. After having a few kids, your pelvic floor just isn’t the same. This trainer works great and is very easy to use. It’s really well made and comfortable to use. I think that the price makes sense because of what it specifically does. The fact that it allows you to play games while exercising is great, because otherwise it would be pretty darn boring to use. I haven’t had a problem with the battery life and it’s still working great months later. I’ve seen improvements so I am happy about that!

The pelvic muscle trainer/ kegel exerciser probe is made of medical grade silicone and can be inserted and provides feedback to the device. I can do Kegel exercises by following the prompts, and my pelvic muscle strength level is shown on the screen. This is helpful in measuring progress and keeping on track. This is a bit uncomfortable to use and there are other exercises that can be done without needing this more invasive device. I am not sure it would be worth purchasing without the advice from a professional. There are a lot of healthcare givers that can provide some good alternative options, and this might be a last resort if needed. Otherwise it does function and comes with easy to use directions.

I've been super lucky to not have a lot of pelvic floor issues since having a child but I know that seems to be the exception. When I found out that one of the effects of perimenopause is the weakening of the pelvic floor, I jumped at the opportunity to get this. Nothing freaks me out more than my internal organs just slipping out slowly as I get older lol! Plus, levels are a good practice anyway for a healthy and happy sex life also, so why not. This little machine makes them wayyy more fun. It makes a game out of a rather boring task. The equipment is packed nicely and looks and feels medical grade. It does not include batteries so you will need to get three AAA but I love that this is discreet and portable and doesn't have to be plugged in. The "probe" is super soft and flexible silicone and you can buy that part separately if you ever need to replace it. Ive already seen a difference in just a few weeks of using this and like I said, my pelvic floor was already pretty decent. This little tool would be an absolute game changer if you're dealing with weak pelvic floor muscles and even though it is just over $100, it is absolutely worth it. You'd save so much money using this versus paying for expensive physical therapy where they would have you doing similar exercises that are not nearly as fun. If you're thinking about it, don't. Just get it, it works!! Easy to clean as well!

Bought it when my pelvic pain levels improved but it got worse after the device was delivered. Haven’t even opened the box and I’m still in the returning window, but I’m stuck with a $119 device I don’t know I’ll be able to use or if it even works. Even though it says “eligible to return”, once you start the process, they say the item is not eligible to return… Be mindful of this purchase, you WON’T be able to return it if you change your mind.

This product is broken after 3 weeks . it won't turn on I have no idea what is wrong .I liked the product was easy to use and I made progress in my pelvic floor which is why I'm ordering again but there should be a definite working or durability for the amount of money this costs

I like this pelvic muscle trainer. I had some surgery and needed to strengthen my pelvic floor by doing kegels. This tool came in really handy. It comes with very clear instructions for how to use it. The display is easy to read and pretty intuitive once you get used to it. I like that you can adjust it to fit your needs and abilities. I had to start out slow, but then was able to do more as my muscles became stronger. It has helped me a lot with bladder and bowel control. It has also made my pelvic floor stronger for other, ahem, adult activities. It is nice that this is rechargeable so I didn’t need to deal with a plugged in device. One of the nicest things about this tool is it saved me from having to commute over an hour to go to a physical therapist—I was able to use this in the privacy of my own home when it fit my schedule and could chart my progress to share with my doctor. Now my pelvic organs are better supported and I can use this tool to keep my pelvic floor muscles fit for life. Hope it works for you too!
