Poor quality top coat, chips off
Does not live up to the reputation OPI has, I prefer the regular top and base coat, lasts for weeks. This top coat chips off in 3-5 days and it's annoying. Suggest to stick with the regular top and base coat. It is super!!

I love OPI!!!
I love OPI products since they are vegan, high quality and easy to afford. This product looked like it was already opened or some other paint had spilled over it, and a seal would have been better.
