Most of the ingredients can be seen on the front of the bottle shown in the picture ((Vitamin D3, Chloride (as sodium chloride, potassium chloride), Magnesium (as magnesium citrate and magnesium gluconate), Calcium (as calcium citrate and calcium gluconate), Potassium (as potassium citrate and potassium chloride),Sodium (as 550 mg sodium chloride))The remaining ingredients are the following: Vegetable cellulose (capsules), vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid (flowing agents)

How much sodium is really in these? trying to take enough but it says: 215mg sodium as 550 mg of sodium chloride(which is salt). so which is it?

You are confusing "salt" and "sodium". "Salt" (like table salt) is sodium chloride. The "sodium" in this product is from sodium chloride (or table salt). So, from 550mg of sodium chloride (again, table salt) you get 215mg of actual "sodium". (The other 335mg is "chloride".) It's actually nice that they are making that clear on the label, because many are mislead by labeling that simply states the amount of sodium chloride.

Do these help foot cramps? I have horrible feet and leg cramps usually after exercising and sweating a lot.

I frequently had leg and foot cramps in the morning. Taking magnesium nightly helped but didn't entirely fix the problem. If I get enough salt and take the magnesium then I don't get the cramps! It takes a lot of salt! When I drink bouillon every morning and take 4-5 salt tablets in the afternoon I don't have cramps. I was also a little bit low blood pressure and dizzy when standing up quickly from a squatting position. That is also gone. I recover from exercise much faster. Less weakness and fatigue. But for me, I need a lot of salt. 2,000 mg /day.
