Yes, but not as strong as the mirror hangers when new. I just soak and hang again.

Q: Are these fragrance oil alcohol free?

I am not certain, to be honest. But I am very happy with this oil.

Q: Why does it have flavors added???

It's not flavors, it's scents. You cannot eat this.

Q: Why is my black ice fragrance no mixing well with my wax I can smell it when my candle is lit what's the scent amount to use

Only use 1oz of fragrance to 1# of wax. Too much or too little makes a GIGANTIC difference.
