Can i put it on my face

No. Cortisone should not be put on your face. This happened to me after using cortisone for a long time for a small rash on my face: https://www.aad.org/public/diseases/rashes/perioral-dermatitis I went to the dermatologist when my rash wouldn’t clear, and she diagnosed me with perioral dermatitis and told me to stop applying cortisone immediately. It was... unpleasant. It got much worse before it got better.

What are the inactive ingredients? What's the point of putting rash-producing parabens into anti-rash creams?
