Ordered a medium because my dog typically wears a medium or large and I'm sorry but that medium is like an extra small. Sending it back for sure. If someone is looking to buy it buy 2 sizes larger hopefully it'll fit.

The large is way larger than what is described - it swallows my terrier.

It's the best full coverage suit of the 4 I have. My dog is 50lb, has 30 chest and is wearing a 3XL. Her sutures are on belly area and are long. Pros: Velcro at the top makes it easy to take off and check the sutures. I got used to closing the Velcro correctly after 2 times of practice. The neck has a wide elastic band (unlike other suits that a thinner and hard elastic which might cut into the skin) I like that it has sleeves and pants - it protects more and is more comfortable that l having an end elastic at the joints. Design is cute. Cons: It tends to slide down just a bit. I opened the Velcro at the tail to let her wag more freely, although she seemed fine with it a bit over her tail too as fabric is light and loose. Still my favorite suit so far.

This Onesie worked beautifully to prevent my dog from licking his sutures after mast cell tumor surgery. They fit well (be sure to measure TWICE for accuracy) and were cleverly designed with velcro and correctly placed openings for bathroom breaks.
