This taste great and knocks me out. I am sensitive to melatonin and I feel almost hung over from it like in a fog. I dont feel that way with the Natrol. It helps my husband sleep too.

Helps me alot

This works for a little bit. After using for a little over a month I still only get moderate results. It helps me fall asleep, but only works for and hour or so. If you just need help falling asleep, not staying asleep these may help you.

I like this product it just takes a while to kick in. It had a nice texture I enjoy the flavor and taste . I didn’t have any side effects I wasn’t drowsy when I woke up. The product has a nice smooth feeling while falling asleep. I will but again the price is worth the sleep.

This did not work for me. It seemed to have the opposite effect. I could not sleep. I'm going to try something else. Not sure what to do with all of these now. Maybe use them for work to stay awake during the afternoon slump.

I've been using these for a few months now and I think they really help. They don't make me particularly sleepy but I seem to fall asleep easier and am able to go back to sleep if I wake up. They taste great, too!

I do feel it, it’ll make me drowsy. But every time I woke up I’d have a headache.
