These are delicious!!.....but come really broken.
Use on or with Ice cream...accent any dessert. However, they arrived very broken.

Packaging Ruined the Product
I had read the reviews and chose to ignore them. That was a failure on my part to pay better attention. These cookies have a delicious flavor but were crushed when they came. They are not eligible for a refund. However, a few weeks ago I bought Monte Carlo wafers, (currently unavailable) and they were in perfect condition because of the packaging. They were shipped in bubble wrap but these cookies were lightly wrapped in flimsy paper. The tin box was bent, and most of the cookies were broken or crumbling. It is sad that such a nice product flavorwise was ruined due to low quality of shipping materials.

Great Flavor. Mine arrived less broken than other reviewers. Use caution.
While there are plenty of crumbs and broken cookies inside the tin I received, the top and 2nd layer appear intact enough to consider it an acceptable arrival. I will admit that other reviewers are correct that a tiny bit more packaging could likely help reduce breakage ... some. These cookies are extremely delicate, and designed to be nearly melt in your mouth so some breakage is expected. I'm sure the shipping method (including length and route) strongly influences how many get broken. Overall the flavor is great ... much like a waffle cone. I'm excited to use these for our celebration as a gelato garnish.

Very Fragile cookies. If shipping is shaken hard. Lots of cookies break.
Got shipment quick. Cookies were great. However outer box was not damaged but can inside was damaged. Over 1/3 of the cookies are crumbs. I did expect this since i am shipping USPS and going to Hawaii. Wished they had padded the box a little better.

Delicious wafers but come crush should be packaged better
These wafers are absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the majority of them come crushed and you cannot enjoy them until they’re foolish. Product should be packaged better.
