I really like this liquid B12. I put it under my tongue and let it set there for a bit before swallowing to let it soak in real good. I definitely have more energy when I use this product which also helps me to get a lot done within a day. The taste is also good so makes it nice and easy to take. I would buy again.

This product actually tastes good and I only use half a dropper and it works right away to give me energy for the day .I take it in the morning for that all day boost.

I just got my liquid B12 and squirted it under my tongue but haven't swallowed yet lol. You have to squirt 1 mil under your tongue and hold it there for 20 seconds. I normally take a melt once a week that dissolves, but I wanted to try this liquid because it takes the melt a while to dissolve and I don't really like it the texture as it's dissolving. Ok, I swallowed just now and it isn't bad at all! I have the Raspberry flavor and that's all I tasted. I'm hoping I get some extra energy out of this product and regrowth of my hair. I had weight loss surgery in Jan 2025 and I'm losing a lot of hair . I'll keep you posted!

My B-12 was low on my blood work a couple years ago, these drops fixed it quickly. I feel so good! Great taste, I take them 3-5 times a week. At my bloodwork last month, my B12 was actually high, but the doctor was not concerned because I was feeling so good!

I ordered this because of the lower price and reviews. I was currently using another brand which I really liked. Upon receiving I did like the bigger bottle than what I was using. I usually take the B12 before having my coffee every morning.When put this B12 in my mouth I noticed it’s really watered down compared to the other brand I have been using. Now I understood the cheaper price and bigger bottle. I had subscribed to receive this evening month but I canceled it and went back to the other one I was using. They both taste the same but the other one is a little thicker and can tell it’s not watered down.
