The nozzle is easy to use with a thumb controllable on and off. The stream variations are perfect for any task. The hose quality 👌 add that it shrinks down to a compact size is perfect for storage. Which makes it lightweight. It's durability and the fact that it is always tangle free makes it a must have for homeowners, renters, campers or to carry in your vehicle.

The hose itself is very good. Expands and contracts well. However, the hose's ability to maintain its expanded size is dependent on the back pressure in the hose from some attachment like the sprayer it comes with. If you try to use it as an open hose to fill a container, there will be no internal pressure and the hose will shrink. Not necessarily a reason not to buy it but keep your usage in mind. The second is about the swivel end that comes with the hose. When you get it, hold it up to the light. You won't see any light coming through. It does pass water, but I can't believe that it is not restricting the flow by a significant amount. Unless you are desperate to use it, I would recommend leaving it off so that you get the full water flow. Keep these in mind and you will be very satisfied with the hose.

This is my third hose, I do enjoy this hose - I only regret that for some reason mine do not last very long and I don't know how to repair them.

I reall like this hose. It expands when I turn the outdoor faucet on and deflates when I turn the water off. The multiple spray selections go from a gentle spread out rain to a Straight hard stream of water. Different angles for the stream is also available. I have a smaller courtyard with some plants I need to water. The harder stream will actually get all the way to the other side to water a trellesing plant easily. When of the spade feral cats is hanging out watching I use this to water at a distance. Otherwise this expands wonderfully to walk over and around a patio pole to water tte plants. The more gentle spray works to water close up plants without blasting them. I do not use the shut off device at the head of the novel when it is turned off openly if i do not want to waste water going to and from places. The rotating base attached to the faucet allows easy mobility with the hose. When it empties of water by allowing it to completing empty without the nozzle closure keeps the hose shorter. I have never tried to get it to be really small as it is small enough for my storage in the area. If i needed to bring it in during a cold spell it is light enough for me to easily carry and store. I purchased this with a deal making it less than $40 for a 25 foot hose. I recommend this hose very much!! I am more than thrilled.

UPDATE: My original Copper Bullet hose developed multiple leaks after several months of use. I contacted customer support, and they immediately took care of the issue with a no-hassle replacement — no return was required, and no back-and-forth. The new hose arrived quickly, and the entire process was smooth and professional. It’s rare to see a company actually stand behind their product the way they did. Buy with confidence people — their customer service is excellent and they make things right. I originally made this a two star review and now changed it to five. ORIGINAL REVIEW: (Mine lasted 5 months and now has three leaks in the actual hose, not the connections. We never got to freezing temps this season yet either. I had the regular pocket hose before and it lasted for a few years but this one only a few months.)

This is the best Hose I have ever owned. It arrived ahead of time, the packaging was not bent broken or folded very easy to to attach and works a better than advertised.

It really is as good as advertised. Just follow the directions in the pamphlet that comes with the kit and it will work perfectly. It is durable, but still light-weight and VERY easy to use. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is advertised as 25 feet, but it is just over 21 feet. Not a problem for me, but if you need a full 25 feet, than you would need to order the 50 ft one. I have had no problems with leakage or water flow, and no kinks at all. I don't even turn on the valve all the way on because the flow is so strong. I love the thumb sprayer, it is perfect for watering the plants. And it really does coil right back up if you follow the directions. Well worth the price.

This is a great product. It works just as advertised. I bought 2. The first one wasn’t long enough for the spot I wanted. I’m not good at judging distances. Bought a longer one and moved the first to a better location for it. It really makes watering my plants an easy task. No more struggling to bring the hose back to its resting position. I recommend this hose. Very happy with them.

This is the best hose I have ever owned. The quality is excellent: the outer component does not slide/tear as with other hoses. It's solid. The add-ons are superb! The pivoting connector, the nozzle. All very durable and easy to use. I could not recommend a hose more. But be sure that you know that is only 25 feet. Perfect for my garden.
