Ive used this product before and I would thoroughly recommend it. Delivery was quick (same day), milkshake tastes good and it’s really easy to follow the instructions. I follow the plan when I need a kick start on my weight loss, each time I’ve lost at least 5lbs over the 9days. The supplements help to curb the hunger and after the first couple of days, I always feel lighter and less bloated. More importantly, the weight stays off when you’re finished and move onto healthy eating.

Really pleased with this plan. I read the good reviews and thought what the hell, il try it. I can’t be bothered exercising and this might start me off in the right direction.The instructions are clear, the package came well presented, everything you need clearly labelled. Love the shaker. Doesn’t leak like some of my others. Found it better to add the powder to water rather than water to powder so I don’t get a load sat at the bottom.Lost roughly a pound a day, so just over half a stone.Was hungry for the first day but just kept glugging water. Got a bottle on Amazon that holds my whole daily amount (2L for me, 3.8L for my boyfriend) so we knew how much we were drinking. I should mention I bought my boyfriend one of these boxes too and he’s lost more weight than me, annoyingly. It suggests half hour of exercise every day but we’ve done none. Feel like I’m full all the time. Purposefully made sure there were no snacks in the house because after tea we just wanted to keep eating, the first couple of days anyway. No bloating for a whole week, two inches gone off my waist. Feel really pleased with the value for money and happy to say it’s motivated us to start looking after ourselves more. We had the chocolate flavour, going to miss it I think, really got used to it by the end. Normal food from tomorrow onwards and I’m a bit sad about it!UPDATE: So the first time I did this plan i lost 9kg in 9 days. The second time i maybe lost 3kg in 9 days. Definitely reached a plateau, didnt find it as difficult the second time. I think I'm going to try their 30 day one.

I chose this as I have a sugar addiction.This was great as it gave me a structure to the day and motivated me to use the card that came with it to just have what it said on the card at the times stated.First few days I had no energy, then it developed into more energy during the day, less when it got dark and a better night's sleep.I have now gotten the 30 day one as it takes awhile to break a habit and I feel I could still fall off the wagon!I have had more time though to cook some delicious evening meals.My negative is though that it's a 9 day plan, and as some other reviews have said, the protein powder doesn't last the full plan- there's none left for the last noon protein shake on day 9 when using as the card directed.Just worried the 30 day one with 2 bags won't last as long as it should.

Lost 7lb which could (should!) have been more however in my wisdom I decided to start 3 days before my birthday! Even with minimum exercise due to work and uni I still lost half a stone which I’m chuffed about. On to the 30 day one next as I want to lose another 7lb by Xmas which I think is very do-able with this! Easy to follow, no hunger and no side effects after day 2 (my body was going into a junk food withdrawal I think so I had a bad headache but plenty of water and 2 paracetamol sorted it out) overall absolutely fantastic- can’t fault it!

I liked this product once i got into the habit of taking the supplements but the vitamin b and the powder ran out on day 5 instead of 7!!

If I could have left zero stars I would have. Do not waste your money. The detox did not work and left me feeling worse than before I started. I complained about the detox to SMUG and they didn’t really care!

I'm not one for fad diets, as I know diets dont work lifestyle changes do!I thought I'd give this 9 day detox and clense a try as I wanted a kick start to tweak some poor habits with my diet.I go to the gym and work hard but due to my diet im not seeing results that I should be.I'm on day three and really impressed how easy it is to follow , the shake is delicious (strawberry).Quite alot of supplements but I don't mind that.Not felt hungry atall which is a plus .I won't be Weighing myself ,, but I'm sure fat loss will be noticed ,,, in not overweight but want to look more lean to show the result of the work I do at the gym.Will defiantly be doing the 30 day cleanse.Would love it to be more value for money BUT as you are not really eating a massive amount you would probably save on the food shop

If I could rate this higher, I would!I tried C9 and it was so hard, and triple the price so this time, I tried Smug. I’m converted!I wasn’t hungry through the days, I never needed to snack, I did get a headache on Days 4/5 but I upped my water and it stopped the next day! I only did a walk on days 1/2/5/7 and didn’t exercise at all due to pain but i still saw results.I lost half a stone! 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips.I’m not bloated (I have various illnesses that make me bloat) and I’ve seen a HUGE improvement already.Ive slept better, more energy and it was a great kick start to my weight loss.100% recommend and it is really doable
