I was very skeptical when first trying it but it seems to be helping me sleep and feel better, not going to lie the first week it did give me headaches but I stuck with it and I'm so far glad I did. Love the taste and it seems to be helping keep me better hydrated, I'm bad at making sure i drink plenty of water as a single mom of 2. Been adding chia seeds to it as well and liking it so far. Able to fall asleep faster and get better rest, I normally toss and turn at night but I have been noticing that I recall having to wake up in the night to turn over and waking up in the same position or slightly turned from how I fell asleep ie. Falling asleep on my side and waking up on my back. Been feeling good enough to get motivated to go to they gym more and I'm feeling better, will keep at it and hope to keep this review, if not add more later on down the road

I bought these for myself as an alcohol alternative for dry January. The blue coconut flavor tastes good and genuinely makes me feel relaxed and a little sleepy. The flavor is a bit like the ice blue Gatorade. My fiancé also likes to take these in the morning to alleviate anxiety and stress. Overall I would definitely purchase again!

I have been using this product now for 6 months and am in love. I am a mom, grandma, wife and in my mid 40's, dealing with pre-menopausal symptoms and working full time. I have been a light sleeper my whole life, having to use a sound machine to try and sleep without being woken up. I often have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night multiple times and it is so hard for me to go back to sleep after doing so. HOWEVER, the Nello Supercalm has changed my life. I take a packet every night before bed, about 20-30 minutes before wanting to fall asleep, and I actually sleep through the night without being woken up by the cats or random noises around the house! This is a great sleep, y'all! I'm talking about a wake up in the morning feeling refreshed kind of sleep. I do not feel groggy at all the next day, regardless of what time I drink my powder. I take the packets with me on vacations and do not miss a night. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. I have not received any free product and I do not work for the company or anything. Just a regular working woman who needs to get a good night's sleep. I encourage all of you to try it. Give it a solid week to see if it works for you. I know it is a bit pricey, but well worth it, and you deserve a great night's sleep! Some complain that the powder does not mix well. I like to mix it with just a little bit of water and then chug it. I also find that if you mix it and let it sit for a minute or two, it mixes better. I have tried most of the flavors and they are all good tasting. I'd say my favorite is the Blackberry Basil and my least favorite is the lemon lime. But there is not a flavor I would not use!

Pros: this is my go to when traveling, as it helps keep me regular and also helps me sleep. Usually my system is disrupted when I travel but this keeps me comfortable. I feel it does help with bloating as well. Dissolves easily. Great flavors (tangerine is my fav) Cons: I’m sleepy the next day and am more likely to need a nap. Sometimes I get headaches ( it’s either the aswaghanda or vit D) . I struggle to supplement D so would like to take this more regularly but the citric acid gives me pause, as it’s not generally good for you. I understand they add for flavor. I prefer my supplements to be wholly healthy rather than tasty but that’s just me. I found that if I take regularly , it has a reverse effect and my sleep is more disrupted. The vivid dreams is because of the ashwaghanda for those who don’t know. I don’t personally mind vivid dreams. Overall I like to keep on hand for anytime I take trips, or to take occasionally if my digestive system is needing a little help. I have a lot of food sensitivities and my system is easily disrupted.

Using this as a new night time drink to replace alcohol, and be more health conscious. So far it’s amazing helps me relax and tastes delicious. - tip, if you like carbonated drinks take a scoop, and dissolve it in a little bit of water then add it to a cocktail glass with club soda, it’s really good! Get fancy with it!

This is my second time i bought it and i love it i feel like i sleep better when taking if fs. I also find it does help me drink more water because im drinking an extra glass than i usually would i also work in a high stress environment and a few people have actually commented on how well i stay calm during stressful times which didn't use to happen i also find that im way less stressed than i usually am. I tried the strawberries and cream one (that one didn't fully dissolve as well) i loved the taste and im currently trying the raspberry lemonade (it dissolves very well) im not as much of a fan of this taste as much as the other one but its the first day ive had this so well see if it grows on me!

I’ve been using the Nello Supercalm Powdered Drink Mix and it’s been a great addition to my nighttime routine. For the price, it’s a really good value, and the tub lasts a while. It genuinely helps me relax before bed, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep easier on the nights I use it. When I wake up, I feel more rested and overall just better. The flavor isn’t my absolute favorite, which is the only reason it’s not a full five stars, but the benefits definitely make it worth buying. Would recommend if you’re looking for something to help you unwind and sleep more smoothly.

TREAT. Still early to see if my body reaps some benefits, but hey taste is major to me and I just happened upon my new favorite evening little mixed drink! I personally don’t like the bubbles to be too strong which is why I LOVE Ice. It’s like it says. Sparkling, not overly carbonated. Anyway, with my new Super Calm dissolved easily with a frother into my Strawberry Starburst ICE, topped with some actually ice: 10/10!!! I know I benefit from extra L Theanine and magnesium, so here’s hoping the rest of the concoction is a win :) It was worth trying at the discounted price point because I do agree it’s ’spensive for a regular purchase. That’s the one thing I’d work on Nello team!!
