These resveratrol supplements have been a total game-changer for me. My skin used to be really flaky and wrinkles were starting to show up on my face more and more each day. Getting all the sugar out of my diet helped a lot but as I get older, it has been starting to creep back in, especially into my lower back and elbows. This is a strong dose for me. Made my face uncomfortably flush three times in 2 days. Had to cut the dosage in half. Other than that, it’s a terrific addition to my supplement routine.

I take 2 right before bed and I can feel how it relaxes me. Love it. Just repurchase this but received a much lower MG pill. 250mg vs the normal 1200mg. Why the change? Id have to take 6 pills to get the same MG as my previous bottle. I've been taking this for a long time. Disappointed in the repurchase swap!

Whenever testing a supplement, I can only review what has been verified. Resveratrol is meant to help with anti-aging and immune support. While I can't say that I'm suddenly younger after taking this for only a couple weeks, I do feel great and I haven't been sick. Obviously there are many variables to weigh in on, but what I can speak to for this particular brand of Resveratrol is that the quality of the ingredients looks great. There is no strange after-taste as with some other brands I've tested. The packaging is done well in terms of the container as well as the supplement itself. I'd recommend it and after I test it for a few more months, I'll check in again.
