I’ve been using the Perfect Pushup Elite as part of my home training routine, and it has delivered exactly as promised. These are great and I wish I'd gotten a pair much sooner. I used to use an old pair of Weider push up bars which were good but they don't allow any range of motion in my wrists. Every now and again I get a twinge in my wrists because I used to use those old curl bars and do pushups on the old Weiders. These perfect push ups allow for motion in your wrist joints and at the same time a wider range of excersize. They took a little getting used to but nothing too hard. If you like to do push ups and if you're trying to save your wrist joints, I highly recommend getting a set of these.

A great product that is well-built.

I've had multiple injuries. I weigh over 180. I can't do a full push-up without too much strain on my muscles and intense stress in one wrist (hand injured on something else over a year ago, still has trouble). I can only workout with up to 15 lbs as of Feb 2016. Which is better than the 5 lb limit doctors thought I'd be stuck at over 10 years ago. These handles let me do push-ups without wrist strain. I am mostly on knee push-ups for now but can do a couple full push-ups without pain in my hands or wrists. Yes, the handles spin on the bases. You can choose to rotate while doing a push-up or not rotate (they do not lock in place). I found an angle without rotation works best for me right now. And it's easy for me to keep it from rotating around while doing a push-up. The bottom doesn't slip on my low pile carpet. The rotation action is smooth when I choose to rotate. The spiral pattern on the grips make them stay in place (no slipping for me). Light weight and easy to move if needed. Has a bit of an odor (thankfully, light) on the grip part. Transfers to the hands. Washes right off though. So I figure that will go away in time. Has another odor from the bottom. Maybe it's a lubricant. Smells kind of foul but low level odor and doesn't seem to fill the space or overwhelm me while using them. Doesn't seem to transfer to anything. Have to get right up to it to notice the odor from the bottom. All in all, I can use these both functionally and for my allergies. If you're severely sensitive to odors, these might not work for you. I've only had mine a little while and they haven't aired out 100% yet. You can always use a little hand towel until the grips stop smelling. As long as nose isn't right up to the base, probably won't notice that odor. I'm happy with the product. I couldn't do push-ups without wrist pain and that made life uncomfortable. So this is really nice for me and I'm glad I bought it. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the light odors. Overall, very nice.

Let's be real - this is way more expensive than the other options here but I assumed at first it was just because this was the OG product and you were paying for the branding. I gave it a shot thinking I could just return them and exchange for a cheaper version, however, the quality of these handles is off the charts. Firstly, the grips: most of the grips on these products are either hard plastic, solid wood, or possibly foam covers. All of those are uncomfortable long term. The grips on the Perfect Pushup, however, are some sort of gel rubber that twists around the solid handles. It makes these extremely comfortable on the hands and wrists. I can do pushups and then hold plank and my palms / grips never hurt - my arms give out way before my hands do and that's super rare. I've owned multiple pushup grips in the past and my hands always ached afterwards. This is a huge plus. Rotation: I was not specifically looking for rotation but wow I'm glad I got it. The bearings make the smoothest rotation and it allows your arms to adjust to the proper spot for each of your shoulders. I didn't realize how much of a different this makes but I can do more sets and reps thanks to the rotation. I don't know if it's also adding small muscle strengthening but the live adjustment alone is a huge benefit for me. Placement: The rubber on the bottom of these (they're huge btw) is well designed and hold great on hard floor and carpet or mats. They don't move once you have weight on them; no sliding or any concern at all. Overall these are supremely designed and well worth the extra cost. I've had mine for a few months and I use them everyday; no signs of any wear yet so I'm hoping I'll have these for many years in the future.

This is exactly as advertised. It rotates with enough resistance to seem well made and high quality, but not enough to impede its intended use. The bottom has grooves and is made of a different plastic, allowing it to stick to most surfaces (I haven't tried on carpet, but both hard-wood and whatever my kitchen is tiled with [the fake wood slabs?] are fine surfaces to use this product on.) I take it to the gym sometimes as well and it sticks fine to the planet fitness foam floors (again I don't know what that floor is.) It's sturdy enough that I feel comfortable balancing on one hand. I can tell it takes more muscles to do this, but the stability of the product is fantastic (my own strength on the other hand is fallible.). In terms of effectiveness I have no say in this. It *feels* like I'm using LESS energy to pushups, which may be deceptive. I'm not a scientist, nor do I care to do science to see if this is equitable to normal pushups, but, given enough reps, I feel the normal muscle strain that I would with pushups, indicating that it is exercising those muscles to some degree. I do wish that more exercises were given with the product. It kind of only teaches you how to use it for pushups, but has pictures of people doing yoga-like poses with them. There is however a trove of online learning material if you wish to trust the expertise of non-developers

Never knew how much I needed rotating handles, till I got these. It was an insane upgrade going from cheap plastic bars from goodwill to these. I would highly recommend, even for the high price. I can bring them around the house easily, but not on travel. The grip feels great, and everything feels like rubber, which is a good thing!

Very satisfied with them, they've more than made their money's worth over the last couple of months based on the 100s of pushups I've done with them throughout my physical wellness journey and with my wrists also being very grateful. Upon inspection of the units, I don't see any signs of degradation - my concern would've been the rubberized grips beginning to slowly tear but I don't see any hint of that happening, and the bases are still rotating smoothly like the very first day.

Made of high quality material. Handles are comfortable and not slippery even when your hands are wet. The bottom has very high friction and does not slip at all. Can use it on any suface. The rotation is very smooth. Have been using it for a few month now and I am really happy with my purchase.
