I am really happy with this grill. I opted for this instead of Weber because it is much more inexpensive, it has four legs/ wheels, fold up side tables and a hinged too. I was a little worried about the enamel coating as it did not specify ceramic enamel. But it turned out to be very high quality enamel coating. All the above features proven to be very convenient and the unit is very stable on four legs especially with the lid swing open. The lid hinge is stronger than the Weber add on I could imagine, of which would cost extra $65 and work to put it on the Weber. The customer service is remarkably. I broke the lid handle when I accidentally drop the lid on the floor during the assembly. Customer service was able to send me a replacement within week.I put a gasket around the lid before my first use. The grill seals very well and it makes it very effective to control the temperature. My first low and slow short ribs turned out to be very juicy and tasty.One more important thing I need to mention is the temperature gauge. It is reasonably accurate compared to my probe temperature. Unlike the Weber, this temperature gauge is placed 90 degrees from the top vent. This makes it very functional when doing low and slow when the charcoal is placed on the opposite side of the vent. You would not have this gauge right above the hot charcoal fire like the Weber’s

Let me begin by saying this unit does not come close to the same quality when compared to a Weber charcoal grill! In short, it’s a cheap imitation of a kettle grill and I am returning it on Monday! Hopefully Amazon and take it back, even though it fully assembled!

I want to start with... I like this product a lot. Very substantial build. The instructions are good enough to get you successfully through the assembly. Overall, a great bang for the bucks.Here's the rub... the lid henge pin was not drilled properly. There was no hole to accommodate the cotter pin that keeps the henge pin secure. I purchase a rubber cap to temporarily resolve the issue, but the heat of the grill will eventually make the rubber fail.So, I thought that I would make use of the many offers on display in Harbweb's documentation for quality Customer Support. Guess what? As far as I can see, there is NO contact information available.

I was looking to purchase another propane grill for my patio but became nostalgic about charcoal kettle grills. My father always cooked with charcoal. I always found it to be a hassle and too time consuming. However, this kettle grill is awesome and cooking with indirect heat with charcoal and wood pieces has been so much fun. So far no complaints after a few barbecues. I would have given 4.5 stars but there wasn't an option. This is a replica on the Napoleon Kettle and is not quite up to the same fit and finish standards. However, with the extra $150 in savings, I bought grilling accessories like a charcoal chimney, gloves, and second level grill deck. You can't go wrong with this kettle and assembly takes about an hours time of patience. Go for it!
