Effective AND Taste Good. 6yr Old Approved :)
These melatonin gummies have been working great for our 6 year old daughter. It definitely helps her get to sleep, which is otherwise a challenge for her. The strawberry taste has never bothered her, so that’s always a plus! I would recommend these!

Cute concept but didn’t work. Wouldn’t put my kid to sleep for nothing! Lol.

Low concentration, works well, flavor is “meh”
I like the low-concentration melatonin gummies for my kids, especially when we’re travelling or they get off their normal sleep cycle on school breaks. These are only 1mg, so it’s a minimal dose, but it seems to work as well as any other brand we’ve used. The kids do say that the flavor is not as good as the other brands we’ve used, but it’s tolerable. Overall, it’ll do in a pinch, but it’s not going to replace our usual brand.

Great gummies
I love these these gummies of melatonin. I use these for my self and my son that never wants to fall asleep early on a school night . They work but I take a whole one and fall asleep within an hour and if I give him one it’s only like a tiny corner or it . And it helps him fall asleep within 40 minutes
