I have been taking this root lab for a few weeks now since I got it and I must say again it's been not too bad the size came as perfect as I expected container to be the gummies are nice not too sweet and it does deliver in terms of energy I feel energized I feel good throughout the day however the other details of how it helps I haven't seen yet but I guess to give it a some time I would order a lot of money
