What is the correct replacement band for this watch? The one i ordered doent fit.

No, you don't have to remove the wrist band. The four little screws attach the bezel to the frame and very easy to do. You just sort of peel off the old bezel (around the four buttons) and clean the frame, install the new bezel, and that's it. your watch will look brand new.
